Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data the Grace Bible Seminary website (gbs.org.ua) receives, why it is needed and how we handle it.

What data we receive

The website collects data only when you yourself submit the “Application for study” form on the Contact page:

• your name;
• your email address or phone number;
• the study program you selected;
• the text of your question (optional).

Your IP address and the time of submission are also transmitted with the application, for spam protection.

Why

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to advise you about studying with us. The data is not sold, is not passed on to third parties for advertising, and is not used for mailings without your separate consent.

How long we keep it

Applications arrive as emails in the seminary’s mailbox. We keep the correspondence as long as it is needed to reply and to support the admission process, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact unless you become a student of the seminary. The website itself does not store applications in a database.

Cookies and third-party services

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.

The Google Maps map on the Contact page loads only after you click the “Show map” button. Only then does your browser connect to Google’s servers, and this data exchange is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Links to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram lead to third-party websites with their own policies.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• withdraw your consent to its processing.

We act in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
