- The interview covers a range of questions concerning personal conversion to Christ, ministry in the local church, and biblical, theological and practical matters. The interview date is set once the questionnaire has been completed and the main documents submitted. In addition to the academic requirements, applicants must meet the spiritual qualifications set out in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:7–9 and have been actively involved in the ministry and life of a local church for at least 3 years. Admission decisions are made on the basis of the interview.
