About the program
The program is designed for women who have been members of a church for at least three years and serve in positions of responsibility among women and children. Participants must have a good testimony from their church’s pastoral council and meet the requirements of God’s Word (1 Peter 3:1–6).
Format:
The program consists of three one-week sessions (Monday to Friday).
Each session includes two courses, so six courses are taught over the whole program. Course descriptions are given below.
Course descriptions
First session: Personal spiritual formation
- Forming a right understanding of God
“How do I come to know God?” - Forming a right attitude of the heart
“How do I come to know myself?”
Second session: Tools of spiritual formation
- Principles of interpreting the text
“How do I read the Bible and understand its meaning correctly?” - Practical theology and the process of sanctification
“Beholding the glory of the Lord”

Third session: The process of the spiritual formation of others
- Biblical principles of ministry to women and children in the church
